Digital Performance Executive
As the Digital Performance Executive you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for representing Xact Clients strategic paid media digital advertising campaigns to drive revenue and build brand awareness
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads Manager campaigns and Retargeting.
- Develop campaign strategies and initiatives that support the brand objectives, highlight specific products and raise brand awareness.
- Work with Brand Creatives & Content Creators to develop creative assets to support campaigns.
- Monitor, track KPIs and provide insights from campaigns to Marketing Team.
- Keep up with the latest about digital media buying platforms and new strategies.
- Manage budget as set forth by leadership team & determine recommendations for allocation of spend.
- Pre-campaign analysis and research on audience size, affinity audiences, available advertising tactics, and recommendations for best deployment of available funds.
- Develop creative and innovative solutions for new customer acquisition.
- Lead optimization and testing throughout the paid funnel with attention to ad creative, ad placement, and landing page experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years Digital Paid Media Experience.
- Demonstrated Expertise of Paid Media Funnel & Customer Journey.
- Expert knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads with ability to execute campaign structure best practices.
- Creative – Ability to create compelling ads.
- Digital Tool Experience – Strong experience using the full portfolio of digital tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google UTM Builder.
- Data Driven & Detail-Oriented.
- Ability to multitask and keep up with a fast-paced environment.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of digital campaign metrics, KPIs, ad-setup, and audience targeting.
- Ability to draw actionable insights from data and proactively plan out the next steps.
